Coronavirus update – delivery logistics and order pickups
Following Prime Minister Mark Rutte’s speech last Monday and in consultation with our transport partner Van Den Heuvel, we want to communicate the following information to our clients and business partners.
As you are most likely aware, all non-essential stores will be closed for a period of at least five weeks. This may have consequences for your deliveries or pickups. When submitting orders, we kindly ask you to pay extra attention when specifying the delivery address. This will prevent our sales office and our transporter from having to do a lot of unnecessary re-planning with all the added costs and CO2 emissions this entails.
Our work will continue as usual: orders placed via online dealer stores can be reserved and delivered without delay. Pickup is also possible by appointment. However, due to the current coronavirus restrictions, we request that orders are collected by no more than two people. Our employees will assist you with the forklift (if possible) but will not help with placing the tiles in your vehicle unless the whole pallet(s) can be placed inside or on a trailer. We count on your understanding.
