ICA Group processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you yourself provide the data to us.

We use the services of third parties to process your personal data. These third parties act as processors for ICA Group. Your personal data is processed by our processors on secure servers within the EU. In accordance with Dutch privacy regulations, ICA Group has concluded processor agreements with all its processors.

Your personal data may be provided by ICA Group to ICA Group affiliates. This includes the name of the contact person, address details, e-mail address and telephone number for the purpose of providing information or processing orders placed.

You may object to the above disclosures to third parties by sending an e-mail to info@icagroep.nl.

We also provide your personal data to third parties to the extent required by jurisdiction, law and regulation (such as intellectual property rights holders, regulators, tax authorities, police and other legal authorities). We will not disclose your personal data to law enforcement, other government officials or other third parties without a court order or formal request from the government in accordance with applicable law, unless ICA Group believes in good faith that the disclosure of information is justified.

Viewing, modifying or deleting data

You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your permission or to object to the processing of your personal data to info@icagroep.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible but no later than four weeks.
