We use the services of third parties to process your personal data. These third parties act as processors for ICA Group. Your personal data is processed by our processors on secure servers within the EU. In accordance with Dutch privacy regulations, ICA Group has concluded processor agreements with all its processors.
Your personal data may be provided by ICA Group to ICA Group affiliates. This includes the name of the contact person, address details, e-mail address and telephone number for the purpose of providing information or processing orders placed.
You may object to the above disclosures to third parties by sending an e-mail to info@icagroep.nl.
We also provide your personal data to third parties to the extent required by jurisdiction, law and regulation (such as intellectual property rights holders, regulators, tax authorities, police and other legal authorities). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible but no later than four weeks.
